As a contract manufacturer, DEMGY Frasne produces plastic miniature parts out of injection-molding. We are certified ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ISO 13485 Precision multi-cavity moulds are made on-site. Technical polymers like PEEK, PPS, etc can be moulded. Production is highly automated with downstream operations carried out by 6 axis-robots, also in clean-rooms ISO 7 or ISO 8. We are located East of France, on the Swiss Boarder, are part of the DEMGY Group. Further group sites serve the medical market with different technologies. Our clients belong to the major international key-players whether from the automotive, medical, fluidics, microfluidics, electronics sector, watchmaking industry...
