Pinecrest Medical Care Facility

Pinecrest offers 24-hour skilled nursing care to those individuals who are chronically ill or frail or those who are recovering from a stroke, heart attack, illness or injury. Our interdisciplinary team of nursing, dietary, social work, and activity staff work to create an individualized care plan to meet each resident's physical and emotional needs. In addition to complete rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy, our staff physician and physician assistant are all located on the lower level, easily accessible by elevator. But life at Pinecrest isn't all about healthcare and hospice We know that Pinecrest can never replace home, but we try our hardest to make it as comfortable and home-like as possible by offering a variety of accommodations and services. Residents choose their own meals from menus featuring choices of entrees and side dishes. Daily activities are planned with resident's interests in mind. Professional entertainment, community outings to shopping centers, library bookmobile visits and religious services including weekly Mass and Song Service, are often some of the highlights of life at Pinecrest. Pinecrest also offers personal laundry, linen, seamstress and daily housekeeping services. Residents are encouraged to bring in personal mementos to decorate their room and cable television are available. Personal phone lines are also offered for all residents. Transportation is available to and from medical appointments and a hair salon is located on the 1st floor of Pinecrest, easily accessible by elevator.
