Today, five Ak Gıda production facilities produce a wide range of products including cheese, yogurt, milk, ayran (local fermented milk), kefir, butter, cream, pudding, industrial milk products, ketchup and mayonnaise. Ak Gıda is the market leader with its agile structure in the Turkish packed dairy market, which responds fast with its milk processing capacity of 5000 tons per day.
