At Castle Rental Management, we ensure that all required documents are passed on to your tenants at the appropriate time and in a timely manner. Maintenance issues are dealt with along with ensuring your rent is paid on time. Do you perform inspections of your property? If not, is this really protecting your investment? We will ensure that inspections are conducted at a minimum of 2 times per year. Inspections will be conducted by a qualified person who will use a check list and will provide a copy of this list to the tenant.
