Equity Matters. The path to creating a sustainable society that works for ALL people begins inside each of our own hearts & minds as we seek to understand our own biases & stereotypes. Our goal is to move forward together with a combination of presentations and information from area experts and local leaders, along with small group work in safe circles, and interactive learning with other participants. You bring a lot to the group and our goal is for the business community to come together to share resources, practices, great ideas and lessons learned.
