Today it has 11 subsidiaries and 8 branch offices throughout Croatia, with a sales network of more than one hundred insurance representatives and insurance agents. The portfolio of the Basler osiguranje Zagreb is protected by reinsurance contract with some of the most famous world reinsurers. Through an acquisition by the Bâloise group, represented in Croatia by the Basler Insurance Company and Basler Life Insurance Company, in July 2007 Basler osiguranje Zagreb became a member of a respected Swiss insurance corporation.
