PMJ Co. does not necessarily like to do things like everyone else either. It is selective and patient. It opts for quality and "wow-factor" over the quick-and-easy. PMJ does retail, hospitality, office, and residential development. Our partners make a lot of our land development and land investments possible. Asset Management Many times the development projects that PMJ Co. gets involved with, it will become its custodian. PMJ Co. manages several properties with the same approach we do everything else: quality over whatever is quick and easy. Associates that handle day-to-day property concerns are well-aware of the needs of our clients. PMJ Co. is pro-active. Financing More often than not, getting capital is the most difficult part of real estate development or related projects. PMJ Co. enjoys the flexibility of having its own capital to fund projects, and several capable, key partners that know and trust our work. Various types of debt and tax credit financing are thus possible. Partners and LLC members have and always will be a high priority. PMJ Co. honors its commitments and thus has enjoyed ongoing business relationships. To date, it has been involved in over $50,000,000 of multi-owner projects.
