Our company "Petroenergocomplex" implements the following investment project. The multifunctional complex "Splash" is a unique project in the sphere of retail, entertainment and sport! The project`s strengths lie in the combination of services "under one roof and all the year round". Location: For the construction of MFC "Splash" site of 57 ha. was given. The site is on the 1061 km of the federal highway M-4 "Don" on the border of the city Rostov on Don and is in the center of a two million agglomeration. Rostov on Don is the center of South Russia business activity and the capital of the Southern Federal District. The city is located on the route of transit tourists traveling from Moscow to Sochi. The composition of the MFC "Splash": •Shopping and Entertainment Center GBA – 132 580 м2 GLA – 74 410 м2 Shopping and Entertainment center has 3 floors. •Ski Center is intended for all the year round operation – 27 000 м2 •All-season Water Park - 26 000 м2 •Hotel 3* for 147 rooms with a Congress –center - 11 700 м2 •The complex is equipped with indoor and outdoor parking facilities for 7 000 car spaces. The total building area is 270 200 м2 . Project time frame: 2013 – 2017. Start of construction: 3 quarter of 2013. The total cost of buildings (excluding infrastructure) is € 198.625 mln.
