Cuschieri Horton Architects (CHA), a certified California small business, was founded in 1999. The vision of company founder, Anthony Cuschieri, was to build a firm that provides clients a total solution from initial planning through construction completion and occupancy. CHA has brought together a team of highly experienced licensed architects, designers, and consultants who specialize in master planning, design, project management, and construction administration. We have California Architect licensed staff with extensive expertise working with state and local regulatory agencies such as DOHS, DSA, OSHPD, and City departments, where we initiate communications early on to evaluate the specific local Ordinance, Building Code, Title 24, and existing site/building conditions to our Client's project requirements.
