Tilapalvelut on Tampereen kaupungin omistama in house -yhtiö, joka tuntee julkiskiinteistöjen tarpeet. Tilapalveluiden suurin asiakas on Tampereen kaupunki. Huolehdimme rakennuksista koko sen elinkaaren ajan, suunnittelusta ylläpitoon saakka. Suunnittelemme ja rakennutamme kiinteistöjä sekä ylläpidämme ja huollamme niitä. Koulut, päiväkodit, kirjastot, liikuntahallit, sairaalat, ja muut julkiset tilat ansaitsevat hyvää huolenpitoa, sillä tärkeintä on tilojen käyttäjän tyytyväisyys. Arjen sujuvoittamisesta huolehtii päivittäin 230 rakennushanke- ja ylläpitopalveluiden ammattilaista. We build and maintain government-owned real estate for the public to use and enjoy. Our aim is to make life better for everybody. Owned by the City of Tampere, Tilapalvelut is an in-house company that understands the requirements of government real estate. The City of Tampere is our biggest customer. We take care of public buildings throughout their life cycle, from design, to construction, and regular maintenance. We design buildings, have them built and keep them serviced. Schools, day-care centers, libraries, sports halls, hospitals, and other public properties should be looked after properly, as the needs of users are the most important part of any building. Tilapalvelut employs 230 professionals on building projects and maintenance services.
