We, Shree enterprises, are pleased to introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2008 (certified by TUV INDIA, a TUV NORD group) organisation specializing in manufacturing critical mechanical components, sub-assemblies and assemblies. Our organisation is operated by Mr. S.M.Shirsikar who is a mechanical engineer with a competent team having experience in development and manufacturing of precision engineering products. We have developed process of manufacturing of rollers used in textile blow room machines. We manufacture rollers used in conveyor systems used in thermal power stations. We have carried out repair of different types and sizes of rolls and the repair includes changing of end journals, heat treatment, shrink fitting and dynamic balancing. We manufacturer torque reduction gear boxes. It is our own design product. We do precision machining of axles of heavy duty trucks and trailers. We have developed import substitute for Dummy Bar Link in continuous casting section of steel plants. We manufacture various components such as main shaft up to 5 m length, bearing housing, bearing housing shafts of agitators. We have manufactured different items such as lead screw and nut, crane wheels, crane hooks, slat bar, different types of rolls, shafts, cross beams and racks to paper industries as spares as per their requirement. We have developed substitutes of the imported pumps' components such as impellers, motor shafts and housings for Dairy Industries. We have CNC turning facility at our end of diameter up to 380 mm and length up to 2000 mm. We have a strong group of associates with VMCs and heavy duty horizontal boring machine.
