With a primary focus in the Western United States, HG Capital invests in real estate assets primarily through joint venture equity, but also structures preferred equity as well as mezzanine and participating debt investments. These investments range across the real estate life cycle to include the acquisition, repositioning, development, note purchases, and recapitalization of both commercial and residential real estate.
