OEA Technologies Incorporated specialises in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and the Caribbean Sea, where it focuses on issues related to climate change adaptation and ocean governance. To date, our consultants and technicians have worked in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
