Norcon, Inc.

Norcon, Inc. is a mid-sized construction management firm located in downtown Chicago. Founded in 1999 by two young entrepreneurs, Norcon has established itself as a leader in today's progressive construction industry. Their diverse history of projects includes commercial, retail, educational, pharmaceutical, hospitality, religious and high end residential. Though much of their work is in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, Norcon has traveled to over a dozen states to complete projects for clients. They manage all aspects of construction from the initial preconstruction phase through final completion. Norcon is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and recently completed construction of their own office building which achieved LEED Gold Status and received SERF (Society of Environmentally Responsible Facilities) certification. In 2006, Norcon was the construction management firm selected in Chicago to build for ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
