Complete Care oversees dozens of nursing home facilities in New Jersey and Wisconsin. We partner with independent operators to streamline their systems and processes, giving them more time and resources to focus on what matters most: taking care of their community's most vulnerable citizens. OUR MISSION Our goal is to make everyone who walks through a Complete Care facility's doors feel like family – from our patients and their loved ones to our staff. Every member of our team plays an integral role in the care of our residents and we value the work of each individual, from the top doctor to the housekeeping staff; there are no small roles. HOW WE CARE Since our founding, we've developed a reputation for transforming operations, raising employee morale, and elevating care for residents at the facilities we acquire. Complete Care's proven process has been successful at many locations in multiple states. Our mission is to continue with more communities across the country as we continue to see significant growth. HOW WE LEAD We treat our team like a family, from our most senior partners to our newest nurses. Our leadership team is involved in the operations of all our facilities and are easily accessible to solve any issues that arise. Additionally, all of our senior partners are Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA), so they're well-versed in nursing home best practices. We are committed to providing high-quality care to the patients, families, and communities we serve. By streamlining operations, we're able to spend more time focused on helping people heal.
