The firm focuses on structuring, advising, and co-investing in landmark projects in a proactive and long-term partnership with its clients, in bending towards its company motto. In various forms of mezzanine or equity type of instruments, the Goldensand management team and its private group of investors, is able to commit to co-invest its own capital in generated deals to align its interests with those of its clients, acting in both capacities of investment advisor/manager and local partner/investor.
