Our fractional VP of sales and VP of marketing services, leveraged with our comprehensive suite of SaaS lead generation tools, can affordably and quickly scale your startup or middle-market company. In 2013, The Online Business Agency was founded to offer web design and internet marketing services to innovative business clients. As we gained more experience in the industry, we expanded our portfolio and added Jim Eglin to the team to offer fractional VP of Sales and Marketing services. The companies that asked for our help, were concerned about flat or declining sales, frustrated about their inability to reach their ambitious growth goals, and were unsure how to address a change in market direction or how to effectively launch new products or services. We grew quickly, and offered our services on a project basis, monthly recurring fixed fee, and/or on a revenue share or equity stake position. For many clients, we quickly assumed the responsibility for the go-to-market, revenue generation, and company growth strategies for the entire company. Our mission statement is to accelerate revenue, maximize profitability and build best-in-class sales and marketing infrastructures – often with limited resources and tight budgets. We design and deploy creative and innovative tactics to influence your prospects at each stage of the buyer journey including; pre-awareness, awareness, education, evaluation, rationalization, decision-making, and ongoing delivery, and develop marketing, sales, and customer service KPIs as well as technology roadmaps to create the efficient execution of repeatable, predictable, and scalable revenue-generation processes. Our past and current clients comprise a variety of industry verticals – Software-as-a-Service, Technology, Healthcare, Fitness, Martial Arts, Business Consulting, Software Development, Restaurants, Home Improvement, Retail, Group Benefits, Real Estate, Financial Services as well as several stealth startups.
