A Blockchain is defined as, "a digital ledger in which transactions made in bitcoin or another cryptocurrency are recorded chronologically and publicly.". We believe that knowledge in HR is our currency. By that rational, we must keep transaction of this knowledge, record it, and make it public. By doing this for the HR community, we are now promoting best practices surrounding issues not limited to: the evolving management of harassment, getting buy in of your concepts to the C-Suite, building culture that lasts, retaining employees, finding the best talent, diversity in the workplace, and various challenges that face HR.
