This is where Barena Venezia originates. In 1993 the Barena Venezia brand was born from an idea of ​​Sandro Zara who called Massimo Pigozzo to his side to give shape to this project. Massimo is the original designer of Barena and currently the Menswear designer. Over the years Massimo carries out an unprecedented experimentation. He works on the fabric, deconstructs garments, reworks the male wardrobe by creating absolutely innovative types of garments, the jersey blazer above all, which over time become a true hallmark of the brand. With the succession of these experimental collections created in the laboratory the desire to give the brand a new strategic structure and a decidedly more international breath becomes stronger. In 2008, Francesca Zara, Womenswear designer, joined the company team. From tradition to contemporary. Barena appropriates what has been and re-elaborates.
