Over the years Formway has leveraged off its metering expertise and diversified its services to also provide utilities with a full range of network customer services. These services include response and rectification of faults, emergency service response, as well as service connection and disconnection. At its Head Office on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Formway houses its specialist metering laboratory which is accredited by NATA to ISO17025. This facility enables Formway to provide meter testing, verification and refurbishment services to its clients.
