Falconer Property Consultants is an independent firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants providing specialist advice and services to the commercial property industry. The business was founded by Sandy Falconer BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS who has over 10 years of experience in the commercial property market. Prior to setting up the firm, Sandy worked for a well known national surveying firm dealing with commercial sales and lettings, "Red Book" Valuations, rent reviews, development consultancy and acquisitions. The consultancy was set up to provide a director led service ensuring that clients exact and tailored requirements are met. Our extensive local market knowledge and network guarantees that clients receive the best possible advice and recommendations.
