Appalachian Physical Therapy

Outpatient physical therapy provided at three locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina. All clinics specialize in manual interventions in the management of muscle pain, myofascial trigger points, and general orthopedic cases. Interventions include dry needling/intramuscular manual therapy, trigger point release, stretching, exercise, and patient education. The North Carolina clinic also specializes in male/female pelvic problems and pain, as well as women's health.
