THMP: Our Total House Maintenance Plan (THMP) provides all essential house maintenance at an affordable monthly rate. Our convenient and reliable services allow the aging population to stay at home longer and for busy families to enjoy more time together. HANDYMAN SERVICES: We offer professional handyman services at a competitive flat hourly rate. Our annual Total Home Maintenance Plan (THMP) clients benefit on having priority access to our handyman services, concierge service as well as a preferential hourly rate. However, we do offer our professional handyman services to all other customers based on availability. Adagio handymen are professionally trained in such things as basic electrical and plumbing as well as other skills. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The Adagio Project Management Service is reserved uniquely for our Total House Maintenance Plan clients (THMP). Our you planning a major or large project for your house? Changing the roof? Installing al HVAC system? Changing your windows? Or any other major project for your house? Let us know what your project is and we will take care of it for you from start to finish! HELPING HANDS: What are "Helping Hands"? Consider them as that extra set of hands you need to get projects around the house done. We offer this service mainly during the summer time as we often hire students to be our Handy Helpers. We carefully select our teammates so they have that "helping" personality and "can do" attitude. More "technical" things that require advanced skills will cost a bit more per hour.
