The Dementia Centre, HammondCare, is committed to promoting excellence in dementia care. Older and younger people living with dementia need services designed and delivered based on evidence and practice-based knowledge. Dementia Support Australia provides 24-hour, seven-day-a-week free support anywhere in Australia to people caring for someone who is living with dementia where behaviours impact their care.
