Wellcare is a home care company that provide services to a person with special needs stay in their home. It might be for people who are getting older, are chronically ill, recovering from surgery (Post Operation), or disabled. The services include medical provider visit, health care, blood drawing and laboratory services at home, personal care, provide medicine and medical supply services to home and special meal preparation and delivery. Wellcare use a Homecare Management System (HCMS), a cloud base mobile application which is the central of home care operations where customers are able to schedule visits of care provider, monitor their health and to facilitate their interaction with doctors and mobile care providers as well as online purchasing medications and medical supplies.
