We often tick along until something happens in our 'little universe'; someone leaves it, someone joins it or someone, somewhere unexpectedly throws a stone into our smooth millpond. That said, sometimes it's us who decide to stir up those still waters. There are dreams we want to follow, improvements we want to set in train and changes to define us. TPP coaching will help identify that 'great disturbance' and work with you to respond. Some clients may want to focus on personal or professional development, others to build or strengthen relationships. We coach within large multi-nationals and also local charities. Size and scale isn't what matters - we work with clients to unlock what has or needs to change and partners with clients to identify how to respond. Turn it up, turn it down or turn it off....
