Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) Sinar Mas is a trade name for a group of pulp and paper manufacturing companies in Indonesia and China, with an annual combined pulp, paper, and converting products capacity of over 20 million tons. APP Sinar Mas is responsible for delivering quality products to meet the growing global demand for tissue, packaging and paper, and on any given day, APP Sinar Mas' products find their way into the hands of consumers in various branded forms from all over the world. APP-Indonesia and APP-China currently market their products in more than 150 countries across six continents. The majority of APP Sinar Mas' production facilities are Chain-of-Custody certified by SVLK, LEI and PEFC. APP Sinar Mas launched its Sustainability Roadmap Vision 2020 in June 2012 and its Forest Conservation Policy in February 2013, to further improve its environmental performance, biodiversity conservation, and protection of community rights.
