Founders of Arche Consulting combine knowledge and experience gained in a renown international consulting firm and in big and small, Polish and international production firms. All our consultants have master degrees, and the majority also graduated from postgraduate studies, including the MBA. Several consultants have earned PhD titles in various disciplines. Our consultants have participated in different projects in industries such as automotive, energy or banking. These projects encompassed many aspects of management: employment policy design, operational efficiency improvement, business strategy design and post-merger integration. Our ambition is to enrich the Polish consulting market with a domestic company rendering services at high international level.
