We crafted an artisanal boutique wine. We are a project from @micelio. We are capturing the essence of our work within the vineyard and its landscape. And we are pushing the boundaries of traditional wineries and web3. As small organic wine producers, we are faced by an overwhelming market dominance of big renown wineries. The cost reduction of the scaling of operations leaves no space to alternative craftsmanship. It becomes harder and harder to come to market and innovate in the space. We decided to go another direction altogether. Artisanal because technology is in service of our hands, hearts and souls. Boutique because we craft an honest high end product that is maturing as we are, slowly and steadily. Art is a key component of our participation in a rural cultural renaissance. We believe in the decentralisation of culture, exploring gestures and ideas that have come a long way. We are honoured and excited to host you in this place we call our home.
