About PL Consultancy • PL Consultancy (PLC) was founded in 2002 and was initially a law practice which was later expanded to deliver specialized Human Capital Management services as well. • The Legal and HCM entities within PLC complement each other to provide our clients with a comprehensive packaged service. • PLC was expanded in 2015 to establish an office in Cape Town which serves our Western Cape and Eastern Cape clients.
