Our firm's core expertise is in helping buildings reduce greenhouse emissions by improving energy efficiency and comfort. To this end we use our practical knowledge, building energy simulation skills and expertise in green building rating systems to achieve predicted and measured outcomes – for new building projects and existing building refurbishment projects. Team Catalyst expertise has been developed over several decades of combined experience by key personnel. We are able to work during at all stages of a building's life cycle from Concept Design to Post Commissioning in helping to deliver high performance buildings. To date the company has been instrumental in delivering several projects that have achieved performances above expectations.
