Exemplar Health Care provides high-quality specialist nursing care and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs arising from neuro-disability, brain injury and stroke, mental ill-health, learning disability and/or autism and complex dementia. We take a positive approach to care and rehabilitation which focuses on empowering people to be independent and enabling them to live their lives in the way that they want. We have over 35 homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, North East and North West that provide an environment where people can feel at home, continue to do the things that they enjoy, and remain closer to family, friends and loved ones.
