Absolute Barbeque Private Limited is a privately held company incorporated on 15 February 2013, having its Corporate Office at Hyderabad. Company started its operation on 27th October 2013. Absolute Barbecues is known for its Wish Grill, Barbecues, and Buffet. The Company was founded by Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary. Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary, Mr. P. M. Gurudas, and Ms. General Atlantic are promoters of the company. Mr. Prosenjit Roy Choudhary, Mr. P. M. Gurudas, and Mr. Varun Talukdar are current Board Members of the company. The Company operates its outlet in India and Dubai. All outlets in India are company-owned and company-operated outlets. In Dubai company has been given franchise rights to run its AB outlets. The company has three business formats where AB's is known for Wish Grill and Buffet Services, 3B's (Buddies-Bar-barbecue) known for Bar & Dining, and AB's Express known for food delivery. The Company is India's favorite Wish Grill Restaurant, with a network of 50 outlets (as of 1 April 2022). The company is now well poised to scale up to the next level where we plan to open 20 outlets in the next year. This will take our total outlet tally to 70 outlets across India.
