In 1949, two hard-working Midwesterners – John Bolton and Martin Menk – saw people in their surrounding communities with dreams of a bright future, a desire to grow, and a common challenge of aging infrastructure. Today, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has more than 700 employees including a professional staff of more than 200 engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors.
