We look for month-on-month hypergrowth, large total addressable market (TAM), pilot customers/beta users, ability to create a MOAT, a great execution team, and a global business model. Our dedicated team has a combined experience of $10B in transactions that span 6 continents through a combination of IPOs, VC investments, M&A, Merger Integration, and Private Equity.
