Established in 1989, PCR began developing database systems for large corporations such as, IBM, MCI, NASDAQ, USAir, and the White House. However, when its founder's wife, a Maryland teacher, began struggling with the process of recording students' grades and report card comments, PCR's first teacher software, PCR Educator, was created. Today, PCR Educator uses Cloud-based technologies to manage all aspects of schools' data. We go beyond simply providing software.
