Our focus is primarily on SMME businesses, to whom we provide simple, customized and cost effective solutions for those everyday workplace needs, covering amongst other things, employment contracts, HR & IR policies and procedures, recruitment & assessment, discipline and dismissals, disputes, HR compliance audits, training, managing absenteeism and retrenchment. We have assisted clients in the commercial, financial, manufacturing, engineering, chemical, nursing services, retail and architectural sectors, as well as a number of individual employees. Additional roles: - in-house HR service provider to Charles Merrington Executive Financial Services (CMEFS), a registered financial services provider; he provides support on all aspects of their HR and business functions and provides HR & IR services to CMEFS business clients; in addition he supports the maintenance of financial compliance in the company Hilton Green Consulting has a Level 4 BEE status & is classified as an Exempted Micro Enterprise.
