In these tight economic times this is something new – somewhere where everyone works without payment, where employers get the assistance of willing and capable potential employees and effectively, everyone wins. Experience really matters when there are many candidates for just one job. The age old conundrum however is, how do you get experience without getting a job? This website is the answer, a place dedicated 100% to finding the perfect place for the enthusiastic and talented to get the experience they need. Similarly, this is somewhere where employers can effectively find free labour albeit with the caveat that companies need to provide some really useful training to the people that turn up to fulfil an advertised role.
