Fountain West Health Center was founded in 1975 with a commitment to caring and personal service. We're located in a picturesque residential neighborhood on approximately seven peaceful, landscaped acres. Our single-story nursing facility is proud to offer the Veteran's VA Contract at our location. Fountain West's staff has provided quality services for nearly 40 years. We are proud of this tradition and believe that our staff's dedication to care and compassion sets us apart from other care centers. Our staff treats each resident like family, making daily rounds to visit them individually, answer their questions, address their concerns, and develop a personal relationship.
