We run relaxed, small group yoga and meditation classes, courses and workshops in the heart of Chelmsford, Essex. We also specialise in retreats for anyone looking to step out of the daily grind and rejuvenate in outstanding surroundings. We aim to bring together the best aspects of the retreat experience: R&R, great, balanced food, outstanding venues, and sensitive, mindful yoga & meditation teaching. Many guests are coming away on retreat for the first time, and we are especially passionate about encouraging newcomers to join us.
