The company's focus is transferring waste from aging single-shell tanks into newer double-shell tanks where it will be stored until it is prepared for disposal. WRPS' commitment includes doing the job safely with a strong focus on innovation, employee involvement and environmental protection. WRPS is a limited liability corporation (LLC) owned by AECOM and Atkins, with AREVA as its primary subcontractor. This partnership brings decades of experience to the job, which is considered one of the most complex cleanup projects in the nation.
