Kelson has been in business for over 78 years. We design, fabricate, install, and maintain the mechanical infrastructure that allows complex buildings and facilities to perform as planned. We are acknowledged as high-capability leaders in the mechanical contracting industry, and we have worked on several of the largest projects in Ontario. We do this by providing the most professional approach to design and construction in the mechanical industry, along with thorough coordination of and assistance to all parties involved in facility maintenance. We use the most advanced 2D, 3D, and BIM drawing software to create models for fabrication drawings; underground, sleeving, coordination drawings; and mechanical room models. We have successfully integrated our 3D modeling coordination processes on many demanding projects, including: New Toronto Courthouse, Ripley's Aquarium, New Oakville Hospital, and two Pan Am Pool projects (Markham and Etobicoke).
