In addition, our understanding of the policy and regulatory issues associated with community development financing and our experience as planners and real estate developers, provide us with a unique understanding of how sustainable housing and economic development impacts neighborhood development, and how these elements increase housing choices. APD-U offers holistic and selective services ranging from technical assistance to concept visioning through to planning and implementation.
