Personnel administration and employment conditions must be in place to guarantee the job security of employees on the one hand and to increase the chances of the company's survival on the other. That is why AKATA Solutions mission statement is: To support the micro (< 5 employees), small (6-15 employees) and medium (16-50 employees) sized enterprises of Suriname, in particular in the districts of Brokopondo and Sipaliwini, with setting up the primary and secondary employment conditions. This African proverb gives a clear understanding of the importance of standing together as a community to achieve goals. The founder of AKATA Solutions supports the community of entrepeneurs in Suriname, in particular in Brokopondo and Sipaliwini, by applying knowledge and experience within the HR field. b. Development; To be seen as a worthy competitor and to get equal opportunities on the business and labor market, continuous development is of great importance, especially for the already disadvantaged areas such as Brokopondo and Sipaliwini.
