Shortly after Original Cove Mold was introduced, Don identified a major pool installation flaw: a number of swimming pools were being set up on hard surfaces such as concrete patios and driveways.  He clearly knew this technique could be dramatically improved, and started development on HappyBottom® Pool Pad. HappyBottom's introduction revolutionized the industry and led to a dramatic change in the pool set-up process.
