Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research is a 70-bed nonprofit hospital and medical research center located in South Delhi. As a nonprofit organization, our fundamental mission is to help improve society. We are embracing transparency, system design, and customer and employee engagement to create a safe and high performing work environment. We are one of the few hospitals in India that has taken up the issue of reducing caesarean section rates to medically justifiable levels and have conducted a city-wide survey of maternity care in Delhi. We aspire to always put the interests of patients first, treat one another as we would like to be treated ourselves, and support all employees and partners to reach their full potential by continuous learning and improvement.
