Unicorp W.L.L brings in a collective span of above 20 years in the area of Ship Building & Repair in the kingdom of Bahrain.. Headquartered out of Sitra Industrial Yard, the company caters to all kinds of repairs to small and mid-size ships of all ranges fromTugs, Platforms, Barges, Maintenance of Ship Internals and Dredgers. The process involves complete renewals of steel structures on the vessels. Equipped with a facility of over 8000 m2 inclusive of a 75m along side Berth Jetty in length and a span of 25m in width, a draft of approximately 6m to 9m, the jetty is equipped to cater to all ranges of small and mid size vessels. As of date, Unicorp WLL is officially categorized as a 'Port' in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as per the standardization of General Organization of Ports. The Company In-house design, provides standard design projects as well as tailor made constructions to suit practical requirements for customers. All upgrades and repairs are engineered for maximum utility within customers time frame and budget. Vessel modifications and refits are handled with prompt attention as per norms of environmental and global concerns The Company employs a workforce of over 150 personnels, specializing in trades such as Welders, Platers, Mechanics, Pipe Fitters, Draftsman, Fire & Safety officers. All of the above trade personnels are coded and certified by classification societies such as ABS, DNV & BVQ standards. The Company caters its services to a large number of local, regional and international ship owners. Unicorp, WLL has successfully handled repairs of all sizes, ranging from Tugboats, Supply Vessels, Barges, multi sizes of Rigs & Offshore Rigs, LPG's & LNG's, Dredgers, Super tankers & Cargo vessels of 500,000 DWT & above. In addition, Unicorp, WLL is also an In-house Contractor at ASRY (Arab Ship Repair Yard) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As of date, Unicorp, WLL is certified as an ISO:9001:2008 company by Bureau Veritas.
