With over 34 years in business BAEPLEX provides a diverse background in various Arts and Sciences with specialties in Leadership & Personal Development, Fitness, Traditional Martial Arts, Self Defense, Corporate Training, Sport Tae Kwon Do and Weaponry. BAEPLEX has two locations in Williamsburg, Virginia and is extremely active within the community providing excellent avenues for learning, personal growth and overall contribution. Recently, Master Instructor and Owner, Joseph Ash published his first book, Martial Arts Unlocked "A Parents Guide to Choosing a Martial Arts School." BAEPLEX strives to help the community and it's members find their own level of personal excellence.
