Electronic and Postal Communications Authority is the regulatory body in the field of electronic communications and postal service, which supervises the regulatory framework defined by the law on electronic communications, by the Law on postal service and the development policies, defined by the Council of Ministers. Mission: AKEP is a forward-looking independent regulator for the telecommunications and postal markets seeking to achieve a regulatory framework, which promotes an investor-friendly environment that provides better choice, price and quality for all telecommunications and postal users in Albania.
