The Bob Pike Group educates corporate trainers through modelling an interactive, participant-centered format that allows trainers to move away from lecture and improve learner retention. We use group interaction over 80 percent of the time. Typically, most training sessions use a lecture-based teaching approach for 80-90 percent of the content and one or two group activities to change the pace.
